We gather in the park and let the earth hold us. The sound moves through the body like warm water, loosening the places that brace. It’s a space to come home to yourself, to feel your own rhythm again, to remember that your nervous system knows how to settle. Nothing to achieve, nothing to fix. Just sound, breath, and the quiet return to your own center.
